Will Anstey
Owner & General Manager
Will has been working in the landscaping field in the Seattle area since 1993. His love for nature and building make landscaping the perfect profession for him. He started Devonshire in 1999 with a pick-up truck and a donated lawn mower. In his effort to offer superior products and service, Will has achieved certifications in landscape installation, with specialty certifications in paving, permeable paving, retaining wall installation, and the Eco-Pro certification. He credits his company’s success to a steadfast commitment to customer service and the support and encouragement of his employees. He has lived in the Puget Ridge neighborhood of West Seattle since 2001, when he bought his first house. His current role is working behind the scenes on the framework of the company and providing knowledge and support to our two managers, Rick & Dan.
Dan Vittetoe
Maintenance Manager
Dan has been dedicated to the landscape maintenance field since 2003, when he joined Devonshire Landscapes. Through his years of experience and continuing education, including certifications as a Certified Landscape Technician and Eco-Pro Sustainable Landscape Professional, he has helped cultivate Devonshire’s unique system for sustainable landscape maintenance in the West Seattle/Burien/NP areas. Dan thrives on working daily with a team of like-minded individuals to round out Devonshire’s Maintenance and Enhancement Division. He prides himself on exceptional communication with clients, identifying and finding solutions for inefficiencies in the landscape, and providing a full-service product. Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking in the mountains, tending to his chickens and vegetable garden, and spending time with his family.
Rick Fox
Installation Manager
Rick has been in the landscape construction field since high school and earned his Landscape Design/ Build degree from our local S.S.C.C in 2003. He joined our team in 2009 as a crew lead and became Installation Manager in 2013. He has been a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers since 2017 and earned his Eco-Pro certification in 2018. His extensive skill set and training show in his crews’ detailed work, and can be attested to by any of our clients. As the head of our talented Installation Division team, he is able to translate your ideas into a well thought out design backed by solid pricing, and lead your project through the installation process. Our clients LOVE how easy he is to work with, as well as his ideas for making the most out of their outdoor spaces. Colin McWhorter
Irrigation Manager
Colin has been a dedicated landscaping professional since 2017. He earned his degree in Landscape Design and Construction in 2020 at South Seattle College. His intention is to learn as many aspects of the landscape industry as possible, so as to provide holistic solutions to problems in the landscape. He has worked in landscape maintenance, construction and installation, and is currently gaining design experience. His specialties include designing and building new irrigation systems with efficiency and durability at the forefront, improving and retrofitting older irrigation systems to incorporate the latest water saving technologies, as well as fixing leaks and breaks as they pop up. He also installs low voltage lighting systems and drainage systems to fit his clients’ and the landscapes’ individual needs. Colin greatly enjoys the relationships he is able to build because of his work, and takes great pride in serving our local communities. He lives in West Seattle. When he’s not working, you’ll find Colin playing basketball in the park, leading a ragtag group of adventurers through a story in Dungeons and Dragons, or exploring the hundreds of beautiful parks in the city of Seattle with his friends and family.
Katrina Perekrestenko
Landscape Designer
Katrina has been working in the creative field for over 20 years as a graphic, retail, and landscape designer. She has a BFA from University of Idaho and AA in Horticulture/Landscape Design from Edmonds Community College. She has been a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers since 2021. She is dedicated to working with you to create the outdoor space of your dreams using sustainable practices. She believes your garden should be a work of art that you can live in. Outside of the office, she is usually found digging in her own garden, reading or traveling.
